Also known as the Merkur 34C, it features a short, extra thick handle and a heavy head letting the razor do most of the work for you. Uses standard double edge razor blades. Includes 1 Merkur Platinum razor blade.

The Merkur 34C is not a very aggressive safety razor. It rates as a 4-5/10. Choose a mild blade like a Derby Extra or Shark Platinum to get a smooth and comfortable shave. Choose a sharper blade like Astra or Bic for a more efficient shave.
