If a USPS package shows as delivered but the customer hasn't received it then Castle Rock Shaving is here to help.
If you did not receive your order then you should first check with the USPS person who delivers your mail as soon as possible. If you talk to the USPS person then they should be able to provide details about the delivery.
Next, you should check with neighbors and then submit a missing mail search request online with USPS or contact your local post office.
Here's a more detailed breakdown of what to do:
1. Check with Neighbors:
Ask around:
Before contacting USPS, check with neighbors to see if they might have accidentally received the package.
Look for the package:
Ensure you've thoroughly checked your mailbox, porch, and any other common areas where packages are typically left.
2. Contact USPS:
Submit a Missing Mail Search Request:
Go to MissingMail.USPS.com and complete the online form with all the necessary details, including the tracking number, sender's and recipient's addresses, and a description of the item.
Visit your local post office:
You can also go to your local post office and have a search request submitted in person.
Call USPS Customer Service:
You can call 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) to inquire about the package and file a missing mail claim.
Ask for GPS location:
The USPS keeps GPS information for every package they deliver. You can call your local post office to ask for the GPS location scan information for the lost package.
3. File a Claim (If Necessary):
If the package is insured: If the package was insured, you can file a claim with USPS to potentially receive compensation.
File a claim online: Go to www.usps.com/help/claims.htm to file a claim.
File a claim in person: You can also file a claim at your local post office.
