Domestic Shipping Policy (United States)
Castle Rock Shaving’s free shipping option uses USPS Ground Advantage which includes USPS Tracking. We can only ship to verified domestic addresses. So, shipping to post office boxes and APO, DPO and FPO addresses may not be possible.
We also offer many other shipping options including USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL. You will find these options are available when you check out.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Generally we ship the same day or next day. We also ship daily Monday through Saturday using USPS and possibly on Sunday using other shipping options.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at the secure checkout on our site.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped.
International Shipping Policy (Outside of The United States)
We currently only ship to The United States and its territories and Canada.
Damages
Castle Rock Shaving is not liable for any orders that are damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is damaged or lost then contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please contact us as well and we will provide as much support as possible.
If your residence uses a community parcel locker please note this when placing your order and we will add Signature Required to your order to ensure proper delivery.
