Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the secure checkout on our site.
Castle Rock Shaving is currently shipping daily Monday through Saturday. Delivery delays can occasionally occur and if they do we will keep you updated on the status of your order.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/DPO/FPO addresses
Castle Rock Shaving ships to verified addresses within the contiguous United States and Canada. We cannot currently ship to APO/DPO/FPO addresses but hope to provide shipping in the near future. Contact Castle Rock Shaving at castlerockshaving.shipping@gmail.com if you have any questions about shipping and ask about other possible shipping methods.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Castle Rock Shaving is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Castle Rock Shaving is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the contiguous United States or Canada.
Free Shipping Offer
Castle Rock Shaving offers free shipping for all orders over $30 USD to the contiguous United States (excluding taxes which are applicable to California, New York, and Maryland residents) and now free shipping on orders over $45 CAD to Canada. This offer does not apply to other international orders. The $30 USD minimum must be met after promotions are applied.
For Free Shipping, we use USPS First Class for light items and UPS or FedEx SmartPost for everything else. Transit time is 4-8 business days. If fast delivery is needed, choose Priority Shipping instead of Free Shipping.
If you return a product for refund which was ordered under the Free Shipping offer and your resulting order total drops below the $30 USD (or $45 CAD for Canada) threshold, we will deduct the price of delivery from your refunded amount.
