Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Castle Rock Shaving.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return your item must meet the following requirements:
• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging with tamper-proof and factory seals in place.
• All literature must be included.

If an item is returned damaged then we may discount the refund at our discretion. If the item is damaged to the point it has lost all value then will not issue a refund. Please take care in packaging returns.

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Unless you received a damaged or defective item or the wrong item was shipped to you then you will not be responsible for return shipping charges.

Refunds

If your return meets the requirements listed in the Returns section above then we will initiate a refund immediately to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain number of days depending on your card issuer's policies.

If your item does not meet the requirements listed in the Returns section above then we will contact you with the reason.

Razor Buy Back

If you are not entirely satisfied with your razor purchase then contact us and we can discuss buying back your razor at a depreciated value based on the razor’s condition. The condition of the razor and if the original packaging is still available will help you get a higher offer.

Note: As of the date of this document we can only offer a buy back of razors. You will be responsible for shipping costs.
