Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Castle Rock Shaving.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date your order is delivered to your address.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (new, unused condition for sanitary reasons, in the original packaging, with tamper-proof seals unbroken, and with all literature and factory seals in place).
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
All orders (meeting the condition requirements above) received within 30 days will receive a refund through the original payment method. If over 30 days we will issue a store credit.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If your item is not approved, we will offer you store credit and we will deduct the price of delivery from your refunded amount.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you return a product for refund which was ordered under the Free Shipping offer and your resulting order total drops below the $30 threshold, we will deduct the price of delivery from your refunded amount.

If you received a damaged or defective item from us, or the wrong item was shipped to you, you will not be responsible for return shipping charges. Contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive further instructions.
